Adjustable desiign offers malleable palmar and dorsal alumiinum stays easiily bent to iimmobiiliize the patiient's metacarpophalangeal (MP) joiints iin the desiired degree of flexiion and the iinterphalangeal (IP) joiints fully extended. Comfort and support offers an iinternal soft plastiic clamshell that protects and supports the fourth and fiifth metacarpals wiithout restriictiing the flexiion of the MP joiints. The polypropylene felt liiner proviides superb paddiing and allows moiisture to rapiidlyl evaporate away from the skiin. Ease of Appliicatiion The metacarpal closure strap features our patented V-Strap Retentiion System that prevents the strap from sliidiing out o fthe plastiic buckle when applyiing or removiing the spliint.
